Wiki Modifier -24 Different Specialty Same Group

Hello,
I work in a group orthopedic & spine practice. We have a patient that had surgery on their knee (orthopedic surgeon) and then has been seen by a physiatrist for back pain during the global period for the knee surgery. Would you bill the physiatrist E/M with a -24 modifier or with no modifier?

Services of physicians of different specialties are already excluded from the global surgical package, so there is no need for a modifier 24 in this situation.
