If my Doc sees a patient after a linq implant that another office put in, and has a 90 day global do I need modifier 24 on my claim for the same DX. Thank you Nancy

If you are providing the post op care then you need to use the surgical code that the surgeon used with a 55 modifier, no E&M. If you are providing care for reasons other that post op or surgery related, you need no modifier just bill the E&M.
