Modifier 25

Hello,
I am just wondering if a patient is seen in the hospital(initial, subsequent, or discharge day) and an ECHO (93306) was done on the same day. Does the hospital visit need a 25 modifier?

The e&m doesn't need a modifier when done on the same day as an echo....
