I have little info on modifier 33. Anyone know if it needs to be added on 99381-99385 and 99391-99395 and immunizations? Thanks!

Nope - if the word "Preventive", 'vaccine', or 'immunization' in the description, don't add the 33 modifier. You'd use the 33 modifier for codes that could be used for preventive screenings, or diagnostic services - such as 93000 (EKG).
