Hi,

As per the latest United Healthcare Network Bulletin, May 2011 we need to add modifier 33 for all preventive services.
But can someone tell me with which all CPTs we need to add Modifier 33? For e.g. will it go with annual preventive CPTs 99381-99387 & preventive counseling CPTs 99401?

Please advice.
