Hi everyone! I need help on a question.
A patient presents for tattooing of the nipple and areola of both breasts after undergoing breast reconstruction. The total area for the right breast is 11.5 cm sq and for the left breast it's 10.5 cm sq.
I need to find the appropriate cpt codes.
Would I code this as 11921 and 11922 OR as 11921-50 ???

Oh I might as well ask this question too while I'm at it- If the doctor does a shaving technique on a suspicious lesion but doesn't give you the cm size and instead says "medium sized lesions" what cpt code do I use- 11300, 11301, 11302, 11303?
