Wiki modifier 50! help please

Dr. did a laparoscopy w.lesion excision of ovary with -62(two prim surgeons)
question is, dr. did 2 resctions on each side, could she bill li-lateral or not?(modifier -50)??

Depends on your code. A 58662 is considered unilateral or bilateral and is not eligible for the -50 modifier. Are you using a different CPT?
