Per encoder there is not an any NCCI edits I can see with this group, but I am wondering if the 50 modifier is correct in this scenario. Any assist would be appreciated!
 
Did you check the CPT to see if a modifier 50 is allowed/appropriate? Was the 27685 bilateral? 27685 has separate procedure designation also.
Aside from that, those codes don't make much sense together to me like that. Hamstring tendon lengthening at the same time as a MTP fusion? And a bilateral Strayer? All at once? Seems way off.
