can code 22505 be submitted with modifer 50, does anyone know?

Agreed. Manipulation should be reported once for any/all regions manipulated for that encounter.

From a CPT coding perspective, code 22505, Manipulation of spine requiring anesthesia, any region, should be reported only once, for any and all regions manipulated on that date.
