I am coding a Left Skin Sparing Mastectomy and a Right Skin Sparing Modified Radical Mastectomy. I used a -22, for the Skin Sparing Proc. but should I use a -50 because she worked on both breast? I always thought that -50 is only used when the Proc. on both sides is identical. Can anybody help me with this onw?

RT and LT
I would use the -RT and -LT modifiers to clearly show that these were two separate procedures.
