If my doc's doing a PFT, EKG, and pulse ox during one patient encounter do I need to modify the additional procedures? Example: PFT, EKG-51, pulse ox-51??

If anything, you would use modifier -59. Pulse ox is not usually separately payable, especially if you are doing PFT's.
