I work for a plastic surgeon that performed a nipple reconstruction in Sept 2014 (procedure 19350) which has 90 global days. In Nov 2014 he performed the nipple tattooing (procedures 11921 and 11922). The nipple tattooing bundles with the 19350 AND it is falling within the global period. Do I need to attach a 59 modifier and a 79 modifier? Thank you in advance for any advice that can be given.
