In addition to the CMS bulletins, does anyone have a good reference for the proper use of these modifiers? I am asking because I am back in the physician/professional side of things after a few years of hospital work (HIM Director) and while I tried to keep up with this, now that I have to oversee audits on this modifier group, I want to make sure I know what I am talking about! :D
