Wiki Modifier -59 vs X* modifiers

I know this might not be a do-able ask..

but does anyone have a list of which payers accept or require X modifiers instead of the -59?

I use the -X___ modifiers for all carriers. I don't work denials regularly, but I don't recall seeing any for that reason.
There are some carriers that will flag it for records, but -59 would have the same effect.
