can someone please help me with the following: when billing codes 93010,93303,93325&93320 same day do we need to add modifier 59 on the 93010?

There is no PTP edit between any of these codes in NCCI, so for payers that follow NCCI, the modifier should not be necessary.

Would it make a difference that I didn’t mention these services are billed as Interps only, I add modifier 26 to the echo codes so the 93010 still does not require a modifier?

No, that would not change anything.
