Does anyone know if a patient is seen for infusions(96365, 96366) and is given a B12 injection during the infusion visit, would you place a 59 Modifier on the injection code(96372)?

Does anyone know if a patient is seen for infusions(96365, 96366) and is given a B12 injection during the infusion visit, would you place a 59 Modifier on the injection code(96372)?

I have always had to place a 59 modifier on any SQ/IM that is given in the same visit as an infusion or hydration or even an IVP. Hope this helps.
