Does anyone know of a resource available that lists what codes are modifier 73 eligible? We had a patient come in for a cardioversion, they were prepped, labs and EKG performed, and it turned out they were in sinus rhthym and did not need to be cardioverted. Can I bill 92960-73? I am getting an edit from one system that says it is ineligible.
