Wiki Modifier for 2 surgeons doing 2 seperate procedures

I need help on which Modifier to use. I have to bill out a Exploratory Laparotomy that turned into a Hysterectomy and after the doctor was done, He assisted another surgeon (that is not part of his practice ) with a Cholecystectomy and that doctor assist my doctor on the hysterectomy.

As I understand it - and assuming the documentation is crystal clear about who was primary/assistant for each of the procedures...
For the hysterectomy: your doctor should not report an assistant surgeon modifier - he was the primary. The other surgeon should report -80 modifier.
For the cholecystectomy: your doctor will should report the -80 modifier as the assistant surgeon.
