Wiki Modifier for E/M when G code for counceling for obesity is billed

Good morning. I would like to know if anyone is aware of a modifier that is to be applied to an E/M when G0447 . They put a 25 modifier on the E/M code and it denied. When Novitas was contacted all they would say is "they needed a different modifier".....Thank you in advance for any help you can provide...:)
