Insurance company is denying HCPCS J1756 for innapproriate modifier. What modifier should be used? THANKS!
 
What modifier was used? What type of insurance. Other than JW for billing waste, i don't think there should be another modifier on a drug. Unless its medicaid which has weird modifier requirements on codes.
