Submitted claim for CPT 44144, 44139, and 49561. Checked NCCI edits and it said it was okay to bill 44144 and 49561 together with a modifier. I added modifier 59.

Claim hit edit saying this wasn't the correct modifier to use. I then thought maybe it was wanting modifier 51, and received the same error.

What modifier would they be wanting???:confused:
HELP!!!!!
