Wiki Modifier Help!!!

I have a patient who has medicare. They had surgery on 2/27/18 and ins paid. Patient ended up back in the hospital on 3/13/18 because of the original surgery on 2/27/18. Medicare is denying the 2nd hospital stay. Is there a modifier I can use to get this paid?

modifier help

i suggest using modifier 78 since the second procedure is related to the first surgery.
