Wiki Modifier Question

I recently had someone wanting to use the following modifiers with a Bleph-RT RLL E4
I was reviewing the modifiers and the way I would code this would be 15821-E4......Thoughts? I have never used RLL before, RT and LT and the E modifiers but wondered what experience you all had. The fields in our software for modifiers only can accomodate 2 digits.

RLL is not a modifier, you use only the E4. as a modifier E4 is synonomous with the location RT RLL
