I am hoping someone can assist. I am getting ready to start billing 83036 QW and I cannot locate any information in regards to the appropriate place of service. This is being done in an outpatient hospital setting however based on our contract with some of our payers we must use POS 11 instead of POS 22. I would like to know if it is appropriate to use both POS 22 and POS 11 based on our payer?
