I have a problem getting claims paid at our clinic with Travelers (WComp.)
The provider I bill for is a PA, I use modifier SA but claims get denied.
Called about claim they state that it is wrong, I can't find any other Modifier in my code book for a PA except for Ass. w/ surgery.
Any suggestions on what I can do to get these claims paid?

Modifier SA is for a nurse practitioner, not for a PA, so is incorrect for your situation.

You should not need a modifier just for a PA's claim. The payer will know that the services were performed by a PA if you're billing correctly with the PA's credentials and NPI number.
