Was modifier TC deleted?...why are insurance companies processing imaging
claims without it when a radiologist is using modifier 26.
Ins't wrong to pay the procedure as a global when the professional component is being paid separately?

We still use the TC modifier on a daily basis. Our insurance companies are processing with said modifier. I would contact the insurance company to see why the modifier is being removed during processing.
