Wiki Modifier with Critical (Panic) Lab Results?

Other than the telehealth modifier, is there a modifier that should be used when lab results are critical (panic) level? TIA!
 
There is no modifier to use on E/M or lab CPT to indicate the results, whether normal, abnormal or critical. The results could impact your diagnosis coding, and the level of MDM.
