can we give 59 modifier with G0444,while code 99214 & G0444?
Any guidelines behind this..

Hi. You can google the guidelines, since there are many out there.
There is an NCCI edit that bundles 99214 & G0444 so you would need to append 59 modifier to G0444 to submit.

You should try to get access to a CCI code check like Knowledge Source. has available..

99214 as a comprehensive code and G0444 as the component code. A CCI Modifier is permitted on G0444 if appropriate.
