I have a couple of questions regarding modifiers 90 and 92 please.

Does Medicare accept modifier 90? I have heard that they don't recgonize it, but I have been unable to find this info on the CMS website. Can someone point me to a reference?

Is modifier 92 limited to the HIV testing codes only?
