Modifiers for 44146 44955 49623 49594

The doctor usually adds the modifiers on the codes but did not add any for this patient
Can someone let me know if a modifier is needed for these codes 44146 44955 49623 49594 thank you
 
I don't know who your payer is - some require modifier 51 on subsequent procedures and some don't - but it won't hurt anything to add -51

I would bill them like this in order of highest to lowest work RVU (44955 and 49623 are exempt from -51):
44146
49594-51
44955
49623

Also, I've had issues with Humana wanting a laterality modifier on anterior abdominal hernias like 49594, which is nonsense, and I think they may have corrected that edit.
