Hi is anyone appending modifier PT for CMS and 33 for commercial insurance to the colonoscopies code 45378 45380 G 0121 G0105

We are billing those modifiers when appropriate per diagnosis, but not to the G codes. The PT and 33 modifiers are for colonoscopies that started as screening and turned diagnostic. The G codes are only for screenings with no findings. :)
