Hello, my docs have been doing a few non global surgical procedures (excisions) lately and its throwing me off, if they are a return to surgery a second time for leukoplakia stripping, do I add a 76? There are no global days.....

excisions do have a global, but id the procedure has no global then no modifier is needed.
