Wiki Modifiers on Pulmonary Function Testing

I am confused on which modifiers we should or should not use when billing for private office pfts for the following codes. Does anyone have any advice? We own the equipment and do the interp.
E/M use 25 if pfts done
94010 should a modifier be used?
which if any modifiers should be used on these codes when done with 94010 or 94060
94726
94729
