Have you tried a -79 or an -XE?

17110 has a 10-day global, so the procedures done on 3/24 will require modifier 79 to indicate that they are not related (if performed by the same physician and if documentation supports this). Modifier XE is for use with procedure performed at a separate encounter on the same date, so that would not be correct in this scenario.
