Modifiers XS and XU in place of -59

Is anyone using these modifier subsets? I'm having trouble figuring out which is appropriate in the interventional radiology world. For instance, which to use with 75716 when done with a angio of the SFA?

Continue using 59

CMS issued a special edition MLN on 1/22/15 stating that providers can continue to use 59 modifier until they clarify use of the new modifiers.
