I work with Pedi Cardiology, when billing a reading of an EKG 93010 with echo 93303,93325&93320 on dame DOS so we need to add modifier 59 in the 93010?

Modifier -59 is the modifier of last resort and personally I don't think this modifier is appropriate for code 93010. I think the modifier that is needed is modifier -26.

It may depend on the carrier. Some of ours require modifier 59 on 93010 in similar scenarios, though we usually have an office visit on the same day as well.

You would never use mod 26 as 93010 is for professional component only.
