Wiki Mohs performed by one provider, closure performed by another

If one dr performs the mohs surgery and then plastics does the closure on the same date of service and are in the same office. Does this require a modifier? The dr would bill the mohs on one claim with him listed as the primary biller and provider. Then plastics would have his own claim with the closure codes and himself listed as the primary biller and provider. Same date of service, same office. Does this require a modifier or would they be able to be billed separately without issue because one is an M.D of Dermatology and the other is Plastics?

I didn't get an edit primary dx on plastics should be Z48.1

dx for both is the C44.222. I'm assuming no modifier would be required since they are technically 2 different specialties
