I have three layers for an SCC of the face.

Normally my codes would be 17311, 17312x2.

However, on the third layer we could not process the frozen section in-house, which is one of the requirements of the Mohs (surgeon works as pathologist). We had to send it out to a lab.

How do I code that? This is the first time I've seen something like this and I'm unsure about what to do.
