Can we bill an assist for MOHS? My physician wants one of our PAs to assist. If not, can the PA bill for the closure?

You cannot bill an assistant for surgery for Mohs. The PA can perform the closure, but would bill under your NPI number if "incident to". Mohs or the repair will still be subject to the multiple surgery reduction rule (whichever is valued least) and will be reduced by 50%..
