I do not normally code these molecular FISH studies, hopefully someone can help me.
88271 is per probe according to the CPT book.

Is 88275 per probe or per specimen? The report states the following:

A minimum of 200 cells were scored for each of the following probes
(unless otherwise specified).
t(11;14) Abbott CCND1 (11q13)/ IGH (14q32)
Deletion ATM Cytocell ATM (11q22.3)
Trisomy 12 Cytocell CEP12 (12 centromere)
Deletion 13q Cytocell D13S319 (13q14.3)
Deletion TP53 Cytocell TP53 (17p13.1)

Would I code this as 88271 x5 & 88275 x5 ?
