We have a patient that came in with moles all over the body. We are trying to figure out what dx code use. We were thinking of 448.1
 
Is this before it has been sent to the lab? We use this little chart:

448.1 Nevus, non-neoplastic
Nevus:
araneus
senile
spider
stellar

Excludes:
neoplastic (216.0-216.9)
port wine (757.32)
strawberry (757.32)
