Has any one billed for the Monkey pox vaccine? I have not been able to find any CPT or Admin codes for billing.

With regard to ICD10, I planned on roughly following the original code logic from when COVID first began before specific codes were established in 4/1/2020-9/30/2020. Does anyone else have thoughts on ICD 10 coding?

Where can I find the Medicare reimbursement rates for 87593, 90622, 90611? The MAC is Noridian.
