Good day!

I need clarification on how to code Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome? Is it coded to E66.2 (Morbid (severe) obesity with alveolar hypoventilation/Pickwickian syndrome) even without documentation of the term ''Alveolar''?

Thank you!
