1. How do you code PANDAS? ICD-9? (279.49 per Cleveland Clinic Specialists that specifically handle this disorder)and again ICD-10????
2. How do you code self cutting? Dr is not treating the actual cuts as they are being treated OTC and the lacerations are healing, so no treatment needed for that BUT is there a self harm, self mutilation syndrome I can use? It could be a Not Elsewhere Classified but I can't find, don't have that choice. The patient is not currently cutting herself but has within past 2 weeks of visit.
