Wiki Morrow Procedure

One of the surgeon did a Subaortic septal myectomy (Morrow Procedure) and I can not locate the code.. He excises some of the generous bulk of the septal muscle...

Any guidance is appreciated!

Hey Deb,

Look at codes 33415 and 33416. If tissue was excised, I think 33415 is the more appropriate code (even though 33416 has the word "myectomy" in the title, I do not think any tissue is supposed to be removed when using this code).
