What is the correct way to code a motion series xray? Please help

It may depend on exactly what you are doing - but look at codes 76101 (I've never seen this used) or 76120-76125 - rare.
What exactly are you doing?

It was a 3 view wrist motion series xray one was in extension and another in flexion. Is there a completely different code or should we just use a modifier?

Oh, sounds like you are doing plain films at different positions and not during actual motion. In that case, code for the # of films - 73100 for 2 views or 73110 for 3 or more views.
