Wiki MRI arthrogram right hip under fluoro

We have been receiving denials for 77002 stating that it's included in another paid service 27093. Should I be attaching a 59 modifier onto 77002??

Any advice would be great.

Exactly append 59 modifier for 77002, since 77022 is component for 27093 in CCI edits.Hope this helps.
