Hi, I have some questions about doing authorizations. I am being trained, but I have some questions on methods to get them authorized. (Such as picking and choosing previous treatment methods and periods of time for PT and Pain Meds, etc. I'm more talking about an ethical vs. good cash flow/reimbursement situation.) Please PM me. It just seems a bit weird doing certain things, in regard to the patient's chart...or not.)
