I am trying to determine how an MRI-PDFF would be billed. From what I have found, it looks like it will not be billed as a MRE (76391), but might just be billed as an MRI abdomen (74182). I am trying to provide a code for a potential clinic trial at my institution and would like to give them the right code that will drop for the procedure so they can build their budget on the code price for our institution.

I actually did. I spoke to someone in our radiology research department that confirmed with an MRI tech that it is billed as a MRI abdomen without contrast (74181).
