MU Attestation for PA?

If a Physician assistant only bills under the supervising physician's NPI#, should the PA still attest for MU? All payments go to the supervising Dr and that Dr has already attested for MU for 2013.

I don't believe PA's (or NP's) are on the list of eligible providers for MU.
